Working together on several ventures, Bull Bear is a customer-centric company whose purpose is to provide service beyond the expectations of their partners and customers. As part of the Enterprise Supply Chain Analysis Planning and Execution (ESCAPE) program, Bull Bear is instrumental in providing a cyber rigor to the first Air Force Logistics Capability Initiative (LCi) out of the gate. This program/system was hosted in the Government Cloud Service Provider environment with minimal external support, in-part due to Bull Bear's ability to foresee cyber/security roadblocks and aggressively develop resolution pathways before issues impacted the schedule. Their support of the Operational Data Store (ODS) and Service Parts Management (SPM-SaaS) development teams has been unrivaled as the program evolves from inception through a variety of regular functional and tech debt software releases. Their ability to adapt to cyber challenges was put to the test when the program had to pursue and configure alternative PaaS key management services in a new CSP region for a major release. Bull Bear staff rolled up their sleeves to work side-by-side with the tech and database teams to make the transition seamless with insignificant user impact.

I would like to personally thank everyone for their efforts on this package for IL4/IL5. Everyone did a good job and also making the transition a smooth one.

They supported the first logistics capability initiative cloud build for the Air Force and have continued that support through four major software releases in less than two years.
